Digital Story: Our next goal in our technology course was to create a digital story which would help students better understand a topic or idea. I chose to make a video about the process of transcription. To plan for this video, we were asked to create a story map, a script, and a story table before starting production of our story. Links to each are provided below, followed by a link to the video itself, a rubric for future projects, and a reflection describing my experience. Enjoy!

Online Community Participation: As an ongoing assignment for this course, we were asked to participate in a professional online community. Personalized Individualized Education Program (IEP): For this assignment, we were asked to plan out a personal IEP, during which we were to become familiar with an educational technology that directly relates to our content area. Year-Long Internship (ED 691)
As part of our master's program, we are required to complete a year-long teaching internship. Over the course of one school year we observe one or more mentor teachers and gradually take on their classes. By the end of the year, each of us is acting as a full-time teacher.
